Evictions
In California, one of the most complicated civil matters involves landlord tenant disputes and evictions. After years of actions, our office has decided to offer legal representation to landlords only.
We will carefully review your rental agreements/leases and we will coordinate the requirements of all notices to tenants and the exacting service of these notices. If an eviction moves to the court, we represent you in the courtroom. We will process the necessary papers (unlawful detainer) to assure that if a judgment is the only solution, that a court order is obtained as quickly as possible.
An eviction in our office takes you from notice to a Sheriff set out.
We are able to offer services in both San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties, including properties as far north as San Miguel and as far south as Lompoc.
