Probate

When probate is necessary, our office works closely with executors, beneficiaries, fiduciaries, and other interested parties in all facets of the court-driven process. Our office brings a high level of expertise and skill to the complex responsibility of assisting clients through probate. Although the prospect of a probate seems daunting, with over 30 years of experience, our expertise helps us guide the personal representative through the probate.

From gathering information regarding the appraisal of estate assets, organizing estate sales, coordinating the complexities of selling real property encumbered by the probate, and the liquidation of assets, our office does it all. Our office advances the filing fees and other court costs during the proceeding. No attorney fees are due from the estate until so ordered by the probate court.
