Trust Administration

When trust documents seem overwhelming, our office will work closely with the trustee to assure a smooth transition of assets, including complicated distributions, simple bequests and the address of any family disputes that may arise.

 

Our office helps the trustee to adhere to the probate code requirements of trust administration, the compilation of information required to provide to the beneficiaries and final fiduciary responsibilities.
